The current market asking lowest is around $751psf (general range $751 - $1022psf depending on size).

$734psf was the pricing on 10 June 2011 while in 26 Apr 2011 closing was $764psf or $801psf (in 6 Apr 2011)

If you really like The Linear and is reasonable on your buying expectation, just sms/call me @92357711.
